Booking Information and Accuracy
The Customer shall provide accurate and complete information about their booking. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

If the Customer becomes unreachable or unresponsive for a period of six (6) months or more after booking, and the goods remain in the custody of TheMover, TheMover shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods. The Customer shall be deemed to have abandoned the goods, and TheMover shall have the right to dispose of the goods as deemed fit.
Payment Terms and Delivery
- 80% of the total payment shall be made by the Customer on the day of booking.
- The remaining 20% shall be paid by the Customer at the delivery point, before unloading.
- If the Customer fails to accept the goods at the delivery point, storage charges of ₹300 per day shall be applicable until the goods are collected.
- Extra local delivery charges shall be applicable if the Customer requires re-delivery or is not ready to accept the goods at the initially agreed-upon delivery location.
Liability
TheMover shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters, including but not limited to:
- Rain
- Flood
- Fire
- Earthquakes
- Storms
- Other natural calamities

Additionally, TheMover shall not be liable for any claims or damages made by the Customer after 24 hours of delivery. Any claims or issues must be reported to TheMover within 24 hours of delivery, failing which TheMover shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses.
Packaging
TheMover shall be responsible for packing the items as per our standard packaging procedures. However, TheMover shall not be liable for any internal damages to electronic or fragile items. Additionally, if any items are packed by the Customer themselves, TheMover shall not be responsible for any damages or losses to those items.

For delicate items (e.g., LEDs, antiques, paintings), if the Customer requires special packaging (e.g., custom wooden crates), additional charges shall apply based on the specific requirements. These charges will be communicated to the Customer in advance.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the packaging, they can raise a query to our Support Team on the day of packing. Any concerns or issues not reported on the day of packing may not be considered.
Loading and Unloading
Loading and unloading charges are included in the overall charges quoted to the Customer. TheMover shall ensure safe loading and unloading of goods, taking reasonable care to prevent damage.
Warehousing
- TheMover shall provide secure and climate-controlled warehousing facilities for storing Customer goods.
- For short-term storage, storage charges of ₹300 per day shall apply if goods are not collected within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- For long-term storage (e.g., 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, or more), Customers can discuss their requirements with our Support Team, and charges shall be applicable based on the specific needs and duration.
- The Customer shall be responsible for ensuring accurate labeling and packaging of goods stored in the warehouse.
- TheMover shall not be liable for any damages or losses due to improper labeling or packaging.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being transported or stored by TheMover:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives, flammable liquids)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Live animals or plants
- Valuables (e.g., cash, jewelry, important documents)
- Illegal or prohibited items (e.g., narcotics, counterfeit goods)
- Any other items that may pose a risk to health, safety, or property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their goods comply with this list. TheMover reserves the right to refuse transportation or storage of any prohibited items.
Legal Terms
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/State].
- TheMover reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TheMover against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions.
